It Is Time To Get Away!!

Built in 1900, the McAdam Railway Station is a National and Provincial Historic site and a designated Heritage Railway Station. Located on the New Brunswick-Maine border.

The former Canadian Pacific Railway Station was part of the main CPR line into Atlantic Canada.

The Station is operated and managed by the McAdam Historical Restoration Commission. It is an active museum offering tours, catered meals, conference facilities and much more.

Come on in and take a tour. It’s a story of railroad history when ridin’ the rail was the only way to travel! July 1 to September 30, the Village of McAdam awaits!

Tentative Schedule

Please note the change in pickup location due to Vaccination clinic at Brookside Mall

9:00 AM Exhibition Grounds, Smythe Street, Fredericton South
9:30 AM Depart and travel to McAdam
10:45 AM Arrive at McAdam Train Station, McAdam NB
11:00 PM Begin Tour of the Station with their very own Tour Guide
12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch at the Station consisting of Soup & Sandwiches, Dessert, Beverages as well as ENTERTAINMENT
1:00 – 2:15 PM Continue our Tour of the Station and for those who cannot do the stairs a video will be shown to complete the Tour
2:30 PM Depart the McAdam Train Station to travel back to Fredericton via Silverwood
4:00 PM Arrival at Fredericton Exhibition Grounds after a fun filled day with Cross Experience Tours
